This is not the first time that I'm submitting a complaint about Cell C for the exact same reason and NOTHING has been done about it for about 2 YEARS!
I am battling to do business because of TERRIBLE call quality. I can RARELY make a phone call to anybody, neither can my wife on this network.
Something like this can so easily negatively affect an emergency situation and I am SERIOUSLY considering moving to a better network. In 2013 how can this rubbish STILL be happening...
Do something about this Cell C or I can guarantee you that I won't be the only customer leaving you.
