BAD SERVICE AND ARROGANCE- HELKOM

THE WORST SERVICE BY HELKOM!!! I DID NOT HAVE A SERVICE FOR 19 DAYS BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND DECEMEBR 2012. AFTER SEVERAL REPORTS AND EVENTUALLY COMPLAINING TO HELLOPETER THEY EVENTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY CREDITTED ME WITH THE DAYS I DID NOT HAVE SERVICE. IN JANUARY 2013 I RECEIVE A DOUBLE CHARGE FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES FOR DECEMEBR 2012 AGAIN WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN BILLED IN DECEMBER AND NOW AGAIN IN JANUARY. THE CREDIT FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE WAS ONLY CREDITTED ONCE. THEN I WAS TOLD I HAVE REACHED MY LIMIT FOR JANUARY. WHEN I QUERIED IT I GOT NO SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION AND AND THEN THE FIGURES KEPT ON CHANGING. TO DATE I STILL DO NOT HAVE A SATISFACTORY CALCULATION OF MY BILL. MY PHONE SERVICE WAS CUT WITHOUT INFORMING ME!! I HAVE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS ON THE PHONE TO AT TELKOM TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT. ON 04 FEBRUARY AS STATED ON MY ACCOUNT WAS THE DUE DATE FOR PAYMENT. I PAID R1350 AS I CALCULATED THIS IS ABOUT THE AMOUNT I SHOULD BE PAYING AND TODAY 05 FEBRUARY 2013 MY ADSL IS CUT OFF. I AGAIN SPEAK TO AN ON THE LINE WHO SAYS IT IS CUT OFF FOR NON PAYMENT AND HE CANNOT HELP ME. THE PAYMENT IS REFLECTED ON TELKOMS WEB SITE. I WILL CHARGE THEM FOR MY TIME!
