I contacted Vodacom numerous times regarding reception in a certain part of Melkbosstrand. They have contacted me and told me that they are looking into this but nothing has been done. This is now going on for years and nobody has looked into it further, even with me complaining all the time. I do not need anybody further to tell me they are looking into this. This needs to be dealt with now. How could it take years for them to try and get you to use your phone at home.
