I have now had no phone lines (ISDN) for 10 days!! I have reported it, followed up, smsed, received a couple of smses, gone on line and hung on hold for hours and hours, been cut off at the end of the hold, then on a couple of occasions got through to a real person who knows how to apologise but no one seems to care to send a repair man to fix the fault!!
Telkom just don't seem to have the capacity to give good service, or just don't care!!
