I was helping my mother pick out an upgrade for her contract, and after much deliberation she settled on the Nokia Lumia 820. The phone was available on the service provider's catalogue but unfortunately not in a number of stores (Rosebank & Maponya). We then proceeded to Sandton City where a consultant (Charlie) informed us they did not carry stock but could order one for us (which the other stores did not offer) and that the phone should arrive that following Monday. The phone did arrive, but gave us problems throughout the week. We took it various other Cell C's (Rosebank) but they could not assist, thus forcing us to take it back to Sandton where Charlie again managed in figuring out the technical problem.

His help was much appreciated and every time he helped he did it with a genuine smile.
