Each of contract

I have requested a break dowm of my bill. I have called and send hello peter complains. The last one was on the 15th of november and i have not received a respond from telkom. August ads line charges were not reversed. My contract with Mweb end in July and telkom started to charge ads line. I have not sign no made any agreement with telkom. My profile has been affect because of this matter not being resolved.
