I reported a faulty telephone line via the self service sms method and have had absolutely no response 3 days later. I received an sms with a ref no. and that was that. As a Pinnacle customer, I thought that I would receive preferential treatment, but no such luck. This method seems slower than the usual 30-60 min wait on the telephone line just to speak to a consultant.
I have to admit that generally, the service I've received thusfar as a Pinnacle customer has been far better than usual.
