A week later they inform me of what we reported

Reported high congestion at the Exchange (results from a tracert clearly shows this!). A week later after calling twice daily, they inform me that "there is a problem with ports and cards at the exchange"

This is a usual occurrence with Telkom and their advertising for upgrades are blatantly lying. How can they be upgrading speeds on systems that are not working?
