Telephone Lines Out of Orde

I had two business telephone lines out of order, one fax/adsl plus main customer contact number. Last time it happened the manager, now promoted elsewhere, had my phone redirected to my cell phone within 5 minutes.
Receptionist, Zodwa, parking off like the queen bee, eating her chocolate bar, tells me the manager will be back in ten minutes. She has just gone to the ladies room.
I waited for over an hour before complaining to deaf ears. I asked their names, which they refused to give. After raising my voice, Zodwa told me she was no longer interested in doing anything because I shouted at her. She told me to "Go fly a kite"! I started taking their photos on my cell phone, then I got a reaction. I learned their names from listening to their banter for the nearly two hours.
Louise, the manager finally sauntered in at 16:32.By then, nothing could be done because she could not contact anyone and had no clue what to do. They phoned the previous manager, Cindy, but it was too late to do anything.
A technician arrived at 09:00 today and quickly fixed the problem. I am now determined to find an alternative to Telkom. A company that appreciates their customers and the income they provide.
