5 Weeks for Phone Delivery??? (Sony Z1)

Good afternoon.

Please note as per couple of e-mail attached I still have not received a ETA for Sony Z1 up-grade that was completed on the 10/10/13.

1) Please also listen to the comments I made on the up-grade recording in conjunction to the price for the 2GB on sim data bundle, I am not paying R389.00 for 2GB?
2) You also advertised a different prise in 1 of your pamphlets, I a am still waiting for your prices to be adjusted as per advertised?
3) Will this also take 5weeks or more to materialise as the up-grade?

Tomorrow will mark the 5th week that I still haven't received the phone, or up-dated 2GB on sim data bundle prise. All contact with retention/sales/aftercare have the following message:

"your phone will be delivered SOON sir" and
"the prise adjustment has been logged" or
"we are waiting for our procurement department to respond"
