Ill too high every month

I have a contract with Nashua in Witbank I have subscribed to a1G WiFi router last year on a pre paid basis R99 for 1 G . I was payIng R120 Now after few months I got a shock they deducted me R620 or so it was too much for me. I went to da shop to enquire they told me it's a wasps nd it was removed. The following months it was ok as they told me to my line is open line I didn't understand as I know that my line is a pre paid. In September I went to check again to my surprise I owed the R889 close to R900 of which I didn't use when I asked them they couldn't answer me as they don't hv. I was angry I cancelled that contract we have send an email to headoffice to give answer but till today. How can you pay so much for nothing I don't get proper service from them they just want my money. Their 1G doesn't last a week on the on and off because I switch it off everytime when I am done and I will get a sms only data bundle is finished while u r on an open line that I didn't subscribe to please help me.
