6 Weeks without service

I have paid my cell phone account 6 weeks ago but the line is STILL not working despite numerous calls, emails to Telkom Mobile! I do not know what to do anymore. Every time I call, they promise me that the line will be opened the same day. It is now 6 weeks and the line is still not operational. This is the worst cellphone service I have EVER experienced and I cannot wait until my contract it over. I will NEVER use them again!
