I been having problems with my cell phone switching on & off constantly. i handed my cell in fpr repairs @ altech autopage secunda 017 6313022 on the 1st August 2013. 2months later on the 27th September its returned to me claiming the phone was replaced. IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. NOTHING WAS DONE. I returned it the very next day 28th September..and a week later i still haven't heard anything. AFTER MAKING A RUCKUS I WAS GIVEN A CELL TO USE IN THE MEAN TIME, BUT THAT DOES NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM!!! i went to the store & got a don't care attitude. I AM NOT PREPARED TO WAIT ANOTHER 2MONTHS FOR IT TO BE RETURNED. I DEMAND SERVICE!!! Numerous calls to autopage customer service and emails all never replied. THE SERVICE INSTORE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
