I sent my phone in on the 10/09/13 for the second time after having it for 2 weeks it still gave me the same problem witch they haven't fixed it the first time. So I send it back and was told it will become a high priority and I will have it back with in 2 weeks its almost a month now and the first time I also waited a month for the phone the first time. It is the second time I report them on hello peter in 2 months. I Am not happy at all with the service i am getting and I am at the point to cancel everything and take my business else where if I don't get a response soon. I was told on Tuesday I will get a call within 24 hours I am still waiting for the call from headoffice.
