BIS not functioning correctly!

I have been unable to access the internet or Send/Receive a BBM message the whole day! I don't know if this is due to browsing the internet and watching YouTube on my BlackBerry Playbook via the bridge? Please let me know if the 2 Gig cap includes using BBM?
