A few seconds ago my account was debited with R129.99 by RS Marketing with whom Ive had NO
dealings! My husband is dealing with the same issue for some months now. How are they getting authorization to debit our accounts? Are our accounts safe? Apparently they have a few companies under one umbrella doing the same thing and this problem is growing. WHO CAN WE ESCALATE THIS TO? This is outright. I would never agree to a debit order in the middle of the month when I'm broke anyway! Who are RS Marketing and what do they do? PLEASE HELP. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! how is this happening??
