Apparently Nashua Mobile is company that responds to customer complaints however I think not seeing that it's been well over a month now with no feedback on my complaint. They firstly were dishonest about the fault on my phone and then misplaced my earphones. I am not expecting response from them as it's clear responding to customers is not their no. 1 priority, however I will continue to make my voice heard so that no one else may have to endure such terrible customer service. Cannot wait for my contract to be over with them.
