Hi,

I applied for a Telkom Data Bundle about 10 days ago. First problem the order form I sent through was captured incorrectly. Wrong number, wrong bundle and wrong surname... After a few times I called they rectified it except the bundle we wanted. Every time I phone there is a different story. Mam it takes 24 hours, Mam it takes 48 hours, Mam it takes 7 days... I spoke to every department Call Centre, Commercial, Technical you name them. After the the line was installed the man said we need to wait and just call for username and password. If it was only that simple. I need someone that can read and that knows what is going on to tell me exactly how long it will take for my account to be what I asked for and when I will be able to use it? I want the service, I will pay for it if only I can get it!
