My 79year old mother has a top up contract & everytime she loads airtime someone debits the airtime! I went to Cresta MTN to enquire & they say some 3 companies are debitting! my mother doesn't even send smses so why would she be subscribing to any of these? my concern is why is MTN allowing 3rd parties to debit from their client's account & then refuse to fix this when one complains! this has apparently been going on since January! want this to be sorted asap & all that debitted airtime to be creditted back to her otherwise I will take this matter to the highest of authorities! how dare you from an old woman!? I'm going to ensure everyone I know moves from MTN because you don't respect your client's privacy!
