In my Cell C contract i took out two months ago it stipulates that i have insurance. When my phone was and i went in to claim they said i did not have insurance. However my contract is surely a binding document?
I complained on their FB page and someone contacted me but have not followed up. I have posted on their page three times since and they just keep deleting my complaint. I am absolutely fuming as their advice was to change banks to get a new contract and phone or purchase a new phone for R9500! No one has bothered to follow up my investigation even though i ahve emailed my contract twice highlighting the insurance included. please can you help me get customer service response from them as i am now beyond my patience threshold. This happened over a month ago!
