Message Centre functionality leaves a lot to be desired. I have e-mailed countless times and generally get a standard automated reply - very much like most of their automated replies on Hello Peter.
Main issues:
- Signature footer cannot be removed. I've set "Do NOT use signature" in my settings - yet every new composed e-mail has text: "Sent from MWEB Message Centre - CONNECT AND YOU CAN"
- Cannot sort mail.
- Cannot see more than one page list at a time - a list of 17 e-mails - making it very time consuming to go though e-mails.
MWEB - please do something about this service.
