Terrible service from Internet department. Internet connection never available in my area. Explanation is that the 'Telkom Exchange' is always down or being serviced or repaired. As a result I'm paying for Internet adsl that I can't use because the Internet is never available.
Have resorted to canceling the service, but regrettably as I need wifi for my business. How are we to conduct business if the service that Telkom promises to offer, is never available but they gladly take monthly payments without fail
