I work very hard for all that I have- in this case my phones. I am a technology fanatic and enjoy collecting the latest phones/ipads etc. I thought it would be a good idea after being convinced by my friend, to insure my devices so I would never lose my collection. Vodacom Insurance Cell Sure managed to dispel any faith I had in insurance. Not only did they deny 2 of my claims because their records reflected incorrect information or to give them the benefit of the doubt information that was not updated on their side they also did not allow me to get devices that I was fully within in my right to get. they will tell you you are covered for 9500 rand and when you ask to upgrade the device you they go out of their way to tell you they no longer have it in stock or make it extremely difficult process. Not to mention these people's delay tactics! I fully regret dealing with this insurance company. And I think it is high time I migrated!
