On the 4/06/2013 my 8ta signal was really bad so i phoned 8ta to check what the problem was on there side. This continued to the 15/06/2013 where i placed a complained and got a ref. on the 17/06/2013 and got the fault to be urgent cause it was messing with my business and email was very hard to download.
We are now sitting on the 12/07/2013 and after many more calls, (and some calls last 25min), i have had no luck still.
I have 4 managers numbers and name and still no one takes this problem urgent.
does anyone have any ideas for me?
