Since the 16 of June 2013 I have been complaining about my line where the ADSL service is dropping and slow. I have since then purchase new hardware to check with and that seem to have sorted out the dropping, well that's what I thought.
All it has done is move the problem to after 17H00 every day. From this time I can not do get anything, the line drops, and when I can test I get less than 20kbps, which is useless. My line is a 4 meg line.
Every time I call the call center I get told we must escalate it to TELKOM, I am sick and tired of having to phone every day and hearing this, thus I hope putting it here will light a fire in some one to do something about it.
