I joined Virgin active in April, when joined the was a promotion of getting a free bag but I was told that I will receive it as soon as they become available I tried to follow up with marketing and sale manager but he gave me the run around then I e-mail a complain to the virgin active complains e-mail address i got a reply stating that they have send an e-mail to the marketing manager, it has been 2 months since then and I haven't heard anything from them.
