The Clearwater branch did not have the size of shoe I wanted and sourced them for me at another branch. The service at Clearwater was polite, friendly, professional and they were prepared to go the extra mile even to collect the shoes for me. I elected to go the the other branch to collect them myself and was disappointed at the service received at the second branch. However, full marks must go the staff at the Clearwater branch!!!
