I just want to say thank you to Nicky and her manager at the Q Photo shop in Hatfield. Such care is rare. While attending to everyone else at peak time in the shop, Nicky made me feel like I was the only customer. Her manager was very helpful at the end as we were the only people remaining in the shop as Nicky was putting final touches to a Picasso book I just had to have for a function. She understood my need and did everything in her power to meet it. Because of you Nicky, I can say without a doubt that South Africa is a great country with great service. I owe you Nicky a great debt of gratitude. In Zulu when someone does something great for a person we usually say, "May you do so for others as well."
