I went into the NY Junction store in Nicolway for the first time about a month ago. Both Snoe and Penelope were extremely friendly and very helpful. I went back into the store last night at about 6pm and found them both as enthusiastic and helpful as the first time (even though it was late). Their interest and input is so friendly and they have such a fun approach that it is hard not to be caught up in it and for one to spend far more money that you are planned to do on the outset!! Thank you so much to both of them for a great shopping experience and for exhibiting what true customer service is! Best of luck to the group for the remainder of the year. If your staff is anything to go by - you should do really well!
