Highly dissapointed

I bought a banana loaf from pnp westreer jhb/ newtown today and it taste so awful. i believe the cake was baked today however I could not eat it and i dont have time to go back there and ask for a refund... I want to be refunded as I could not eat that thing... Highly dissapointed
