I was at Woolworths Northgate on 13/04/2013 looking for my child's winter school uniform, there was no one to assist me all the time someone comes would say she doesnt work in that department until some woman by the name of Jabulile with dreadlocks came and when I asked for her to assist me with long grey trousers she said there's no sizes available with a bad attitude. I asked her to look for me at the back, after about five minutes she dragged herself to the back and came back with few trousers shouting that she told me that there is no sizes she is the one works in that department not me, I decided not to argue with her I just paid for the items I got and drove to Clearwater where I got an excellent customer service within 5 minutes I was out of the store. I've never experienced such a kind of service at Woolworths and I promise if you continue employing people like jabulile you gonna loose your customers, we do not ask for help because we seeking for attention but because we need something but do not know where to get it and I promise there is no customer who is willing to spend her/his money in the store after getting such a bad service. I need apology from the store Manager.
