On the 30th of January I purchased a CampMaster Thermo/electric cooler from Makro Strubensvalley. On the outside packaging it clearly states "Allows for 2 litre bottles to be packed upright", which is one of the main reasons I purchased the product.
This is false, With 2 litre bottles upright, it is impossible to close the lid. I phoned the Customer Care Centre and put forward my complaint to Melissa Warren on the 7th of February and she promised to get back to me. On the 19th of February I phoned again after no response from CampMaster. I was asked to send photographs showing the problem, which I did on the 22nd of February. WHY CampMaster could not have a look at one of their OWN products is a mystery to me! On the 25th of March I sent a follow up email, and received a reply from Ms Warren stating that my problem had been escalated and that she would contact me that day. I am STILL waiting. Does CampMaster not consider this a serious problem? And is there no-one at CampMaster with the decency to contact me regarding my complaint?
