After only having shop soiled wheels for my sons skateboard, JP promised that he would locate a set from another branch. It was somewhat incredulous to hear that it could take up to 2 weeks to get it from the Bayside or N1 city branches. However I was pleasantly surprised when just after 2 days I got a message from JP informing that I could collect the wheels. Thats what I call service, the store should be very lucky to have such a good service ambassador.
