We normaly buy Ultra Mel in my house almost every month. The one that we recently bought had things in it (foreign objects in it) when my wife told me about I thought she was just making things up until I saw it for myself. I then sent an SMS to their customer care and got a reply within a minute of sending the SMS but guess what? I haven't been contacted apart from the SMS I got from them.
