Sharp object found in crisps, hurt my daughte

We bought a Pick Pay branded alt & vineger crisps from greenstone mall, while my daughter was eating the cris[ps at home, she said something has stabbed her in the mouth causing her soe distress and concern to find such objects inside the crisps, simone then spat it out only to discover a "hard like " segment looks like a piece of wood,

I called into the customer care line and spoke to Ayanda explaining all this and sent through pictures etc as requested as well as filled in forms, which was 2 weeks ago.

We are still waiting an outcome.
