After a previously logged report on Hello Peter, I was contacted by Niren and amid the frustrations and miscommunication, Niren was persistent enough to win me over and to supply me with the demo unit at a reduced discount. He even went as far as having the unit delivered to my home on a Saturday Afternoon. Even though the unit is not fully functional it suffices for my needs at this time and for that i am grateful to Niren and his persistance. I just hope that the next time I walk into the store I will recieve equal service to that which Niren displayed throughout this entire process. And not just me but all HiFi Corp customers.
