I sent an email to Pick n Pay Equestria in the Grove Mall on 30.1.2013 and received a response almost immediately with a follow up email on Sunday and requested information feedback on Monday.
I am grateful for the excellent customer service from Sibongile Sithole the Store Manager who is the best lady at that branch to have displayed such professional behaviour.
