Customer Service???

29/05/2012 - purchased LG 39lt Mirror M/W/O. Returned to Game 12/01/2013 as although switched on, it does not heat and has a squeaky sound. I called Ruby on 6/02 to enquire what's happening - called again on 7/02 to be told that the Agent is awaiting spare parts. 8/02 I called again and was given LG Agents nr VHF Electronics tel nr. - spoke to Flori who would investigate and come back to me. Received a call from Octavia to advise that the Microwave would be delivered to Game on Monday 11/02. No courtesy call from Game so I popped in on Wed 13/02 to enquire and was told by Yvonne that it had only just come in and "they" need to check it, this would take 10min. 20 min later, after having to listen to an argument between Yvonne and Roelis, and then after again enquiring what the delay is, the phone was thrust twice to me to deal direct with Roelis, who showed no urgency of resolving the issue, and kept on saying Gabriel is waiting for the lift. I now have the Micro - still squeaking. Is this what they call "Customer Service"???
