Im in the process of opening a shop in Uitenhage.
I Emailed Coca Cola twice about branding and opening an account with no responce
I then called twice, spoke to two different Ladys in sales who promised they would send out a rep, im still waiting a month later.
I called again and the sales lady was unavailable but the lady who answered the phone transfered me to someone who put me in touch with a rep in my area Daryl
I contacted him, he said he did get the message a while back that he was to see me but said he was busy, i contacted him twice after that to set up apointments and both time he never arrived
Lastly, i called him again a few days ago and said its important i see him as to get an account - we agreed on this morning at 8am - i called him to pospone to 10am, he asked for my address, i gave it and im still waiting... hours later, i call, does not answer, i sms, does not reply
What do i have to do to be helped, this is rediculous now, over a month waiting and im still where i started, with nothing
I said to him if he dont want to help me to say so, i just get ignored...
Sorry Daryl but if you just did your job i would not have to complain
