I am very disappointed with this company as I have been dealing with them for a long time. I had received a message from Toyota asking me to book in a replacement airbag. When I called.. I was put on hold for several minutes and then cut off. This has happened twice today. Please do not use the excuse that every one was busy. Cell phones calls are extremely expensive and I don't want to be put on hold to listen to advertising. This should be resolved soon as many people are going to experience this kind of unprofessional service.
