I have had a leaking sun tank solar geyser for the last 2 months that Helen at sun tank solar is very aware of who confirmed via email the need to replace the leaking geyser per the warranty but did not follow through.
Now the geyser has completely busted leaking volumes of water n calling sun tank solar is a wasted exercise.
Landline Telephone does not get answered.
WhatsApp line which is being monitored by sun tank is not providing a reply and emailing [email protected] is not providing a reply.
All 3 means of communication with sun tank is wasted effort.
Would love to have a chat with the owner of sun tank who I met when he sold the product to me.
