Payment/credit not reflecting

Please refer CAS-780079-D6F5V1 CRM:00025581

Order a1001547495 Ordered on: 02 February 2014 was paid for on: 03 February 2014 (credit card and confirmation sms came through). Cancelled minutes later as realised additional items needed to be added to the order. Cancelled in order to amend and add new items only to find that the amount was deducted off my account but not appearing as a credit (after order cancelled).

I would like the credit loaded onto my account in order to pay for new purchase (obviously adding the difference via additional payment.

Please fix and let me know when done so that I can proceed with my purchase
