Broke nappies that dont get replaced!!!

My wife and i always purchase the box of nappies at Game in Canal walk for our son. He doesnt even wear the nappies 1 hour then its leaking on the side and it always breaking open on the side of the nappies!!! How does a nappie break open on the side of a nappie that goes through flippen quality checks!!! How many times do i have to call you for refunds? They take 5 nappies and then wait for no response! I have called in several times since LAST YEAR Already to find out whats happening with my refund, but every time i get the "we waiting on the tracking number" how long does it take to make sure your client is satisfied and keep them happy to be purchasing your product and not worry about the after market service. I think its best that the call centre get better options because clearly they not making me feel like anything gets done after all because its more than 2 months that ive been waiting!!!?! WAITING IS ME OFF BECAUSE MY MONEY IS BEING FLIPPEN WASTED ON THIS NAPPIE THATS SO FLIPPPEN AWESOME!!! ONE DRY NIGHT, THESE NAPPIES BREAK WHILE HES SLEEPING EVEN! Im off that i have to use your product. Make this right today still!!!
