Besides for the complaint that I logged on Sunday and still have not gotten feedback on, I went to get a post sale price beat today.
Game sells the ellies multiplug for R300 and PnP for R200, but the manager kept on interrupting me when I gave her the invoice from Pnp and explained that it is the exact same plug. The Pnp invoice is not worded exactly that same as the game one and therefore she can not do a price beat. I then said I'll go and get a quote to prove that its the same multiplug. She kept on saying she wont do it and interrupting me when I tried to speak. I just gave up and told them I want it refunded. They don't keep their promises and I will never waste my time with them again.
