In December 2013 i bought a toilet seat set from Checkers it was in its box and neatly wrapped in plastic inside, in January 2014 when the rush at home was over i decided to have it installed only to find the mounting bracket set is missing and it was totally different from my current set. I went back to Richards Bay Checkers at Board walk spoke to manager on duty I think his name is Collin after listening to me out he furnished me with a new set of mounting brackets. I was totally amazed because i actually went out with intentions to buy a totally new set just for the brackets. Well done!!!
