I purchased 2 boxes of Today Pies (containing 2 pies each) - Pepper Steak together with other items from my local Checkers in Raslouw. I opened the pies and placed them in the oven. When we ate it it did not taste like Pepper Steak. We then opened the pies and discovered that it was Steak and Kidney. Something that we do not eat. I emailed Heinz Foods as it was displayed on the back and they provided me with a ref number 13/08/274 and then I waited about a week or so and did not hear from them so I contacted them again. They said that they will resolve the matter and get back to me asap. They gave me another ref no (13/09/73) and now I am still waiting for a response. They do not reply to my emails. I sent emails on 3 Sep and 7 Oct and a follow up call which they did not answer. This is very bad service and I cannot understand that they do not even bother to respond.
