I purchased several packs of chappies from my local store a month back. The quality of this product is absolutely poor the bubblegum is powdery and can even be chewed! This is absolutely unacceptable from a company like cadbury. Please note that I have checked the expiry date and these packs and it have not been expired.
As the years went by I watch how the quality of chappies have degraded now it can even be chewed for 1minute without it being harden!
I'm very upset and I would like to be given a cash compensation for all the packs of chappies I throw away or a hamper of cadbury chocolates, at least I know those are edible!
