Useless people answering mails, can't unsubscribe

I have received no fewer than 20 emails from Zando because I made the horrid mistake of requesting them to inform me when an item came into stock. Now I receive a daily email telling me it is in stock.

I emailed [Email Removed] and all I get is the same responses telling me to click "unsubscribe" on the bottom of my mails. And I tell them OVER AND OVER AGAIN that I DON"T HAVE AN UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON. Yet still I get a screenshot every time with a picture of an unsubscribe button that I don't have telling me to click on it. They need to get support people who can read English or at least partly understand what I am telling them instead of just sending the same generic response every time. I even told them in the emails that if they don't sort it out, I will Hellopeter this. And then a snooty response as below:

"Before you stating incompetence, please view the attached file. It shows you exactly how to unsubscribe, by clicking on the encircled area as displayed in the attachment."

No matter how many times I tell them that my email does not have that option.

And the system, by the way, is highly incompetent. Surely you only have to tell me ONCE that an item is in stock??
