Very Poor EFT Payment allocation and Admin Support

I paid my TFG - Sportscene account for the first time on line and i know it was successful as i did receive confirmation of this.. To my surprise i did receive my statement and numerous msgs advising me that i am in arrears... To my surprise as i am an individual whos accounts will never be left unpaid.in December i did get married and this was something petty to me as time did not permit but as soon as i did get back from vacation days i went to a store for assistance- Phoenix Plaza Sportscene, i was delighted to find such bubbly person at the store and someone who actually on the 3rd attempt to the call centre (after holding and being cut off after 20mins per time) layed the report of my payment, i was asked to print my confirmation as such a huge company does not have an email facility to receive proof??? like seriously get with technology! i would have thought that all was goo and well till since 2 weeks now i started receiving smses about the same thing this blew me through the roof and i am no point heading back to store... I HAVE DONE MY BIT ITS ABOUT TIME THIS COMPANY DID THEIRS!!!
