NO STATEMENTS

My husband has an account at Game. He is hard of hearing so I do the talking for him. I have repeatedly requested statements when I am at Game. They check everything and no one knows why I don't get a statement. Today I called because I am paying via the internet and needed to know if the payment was received. I asked again about the statements. They have no clue, then I was put through to the electronic communications department, where an extremely rude lady would not help me as my ("deaf") husband cannot talk to them over the phone. She said that my e-mail was set up on the 7th October 2013 but I have yet to receive an e-mail. She insisted on talking to my husband and refused to help. Is there no company in SOUTH AFRICA that understands that some folk who wear hearing aids cannot hear very well on a phone??? So I would like Game to contact me, to sort out the statement problem and the e-mail problem that I have. Maybe someone will be understanding and will talk to his wife!!! I still have no idea what is outstanding on the account as they will not give it to me. I live on a plot and prefer to do internet banking
